EASY PEANUT BRITTLE 
1/2 c. white Karo syrup
1/3 c. water
1 c. sugar

Bring to a boil over medium heat. Add 1 cup raw peanuts. Cook 15 or 16 minutes until caramelizing. Remove from heat -- add 1 heaping teaspoon baking soda. Stir quickly -- pour on greased cookie sheet. Cool.
