EASY CHICKEN BAKE 
1 1/4 c. rice (raw)
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 to 1 can of water
1 tbsp. onion soup mix
8 chicken breast halves or whole cut up chicken
1 more can of cream of chicken plus 1/2 can water mixed

Mix first four ingredients in the bottom of large casserole or 9 x 12 pan. Place chicken pieces on rice mixture. Pour second can of soup plus water over top of chicken. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Add more water needed. Cover with foil if chicken gets too browned.
