WHEAT SALAD 
2 c. cooked wheat
1 lg. carton Cool Whip
8 oz. cream cheese
2 pkgs. instant lemon pudding, prepared
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix Cool Whip and cream cheese. Add pudding, lemon juice and pineapple and mix well. Add cold, well-drained wheat and nuts. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
