ALLEGANI JANI'S SALSA PICANTE 
5 med. to lg. fresh tomatoes, chopped
1 bell pepper, de-seeded & chopped fine
1 med. onion, chopped fine
4 fresh jalapenos, de-seeded & chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
3 garlic cloves, smashed or chopped fine
1/2 tsp. cumin seeds or powder (grind seed before using)
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tsp. Tabasco

Blend all ingredients slightly in a blender so that the texture is mushy but still chunky.
