BAKED CHICKEN DINNER 
Place chicken parts into 9x13 roasting pan. Cover with 4 cups instant rice (prepared). Add frozen peas (about 1 small package) and cover with 1 can of cream of chicken soup which has been mixed with 1 can water. Bake covered at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour. Uncover and brown about 15 minutes.
