CHEESE ROLL 
1/2 lb. American or mild cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. butter, softened
2 c. flour
1 c. peach jelly
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Cinnamon
Sugar

Mix together and knead cheese, butter and flour. roll into rectangle 24x4 inches on waxed paper. Spread with jelly and sprinkle with nuts, cinnamon, and sugar. Roll as jelly roll, starting with long side. Refrigerate for 24 hours. Slice thin and bake on greased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
