STRAWBERRY CAKE 
1 box white cake mix
1 box strawberry Jello
1 c. strawberries, mashed
1 c. Crisco oil
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. nuts, finely chopped
1/2 c. coconut

Combine all ingredients; beat. Bake at 300 degrees until cake springs back when touched in a 9"x13" pan. Bake 1 hour.

FROSTING:

1 (1 lb.) powdered sugar
1 stick butter
1/4 c. mashed, drained strawberries
1/4 c. coconut

Combine and spread on cake.
