CASEY'S KNIFE AND FORK CHICKEN 
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
12 strips bacon (3 per chicken breast)
4 slices mozzarella cheese
4 slices cheddar cheese
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped

CHICKEN MARINADE (OPTIONAL):

teriyaki sauce
soy sauce
chicken seasoning (McCormick's)
garlic salt
seasoning salt

If desired, add marinade ingredients and chicken pieces to Ziploc bag. Let sit in refrigerator for at least an hour.

In a frying pan, cook chicken until center is completely done. Then place the 3 strips of bacon, and 1 slice of each cheese on top, place lid on frying pan to melt cheese.

Chop onions and peppers to your size preference. In another pan fry onions and green peppers. When cheese is melted completely on top of chicken, place it on a plate and put preferred amount fried onions and peppers on top and serve.

Serves 4.
