BREAKFAST PIZZA 
1 lb. bulk sausage
1 pkg. crescent rolls
1 c. hash browns, thawed (loose-pack kind)
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (4 oz.)
5 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Brown sausage, crumble and drain. Separate rolls and spread into ungreased 12 inch pizza pan and seal edges to make a crust. Spoon sausage over crust. Sprinkle with potatoes. Top with cheese. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over crust. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cut into slices and serve. Serves 6 to 8.
