PORCUPINE BALLS 
1 lb. lean hamburger
1 c. Minute Rice
1/2 pkg. onion and mushroom soup (Lipton's dry)
2 eggs, slightly beaten, add small amount of milk
Salt and pepper to taste
6 potatoes, medium, cut in half

Mix all ingredients except potatoes. Form into medium size balls and brown in electric skillet. Add two cans beef broth and 1 large onion, cut in 1/4. Add potatoes and simmer for 1 hour. You have to add more water during the simmering. Last 15-20 minutes add 1 cup of water with 1 teaspoon flour added to make gravy. Makes thin gravy, you may want to thicken according to your taste.
