SURPRISE PIE CRUST 
1 1/2 c. flour
Pinch of salt
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. water

Put flour and salt in pie pan. Put oil and water in a small pot and bring to a boil. Pour this over the flour in pie pan. Mix together with a fork then with your hands. Flatten out dough in pie pan with your hands. Prick with a fork and bake at 400 degrees until light brown. For a double crust (apple, etc.), make second crust on tin foil and slide on top of apples. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
