RHUBARB DESSERT 
2 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. butter or shortening

Mix, press in pan and bake.

FILLING:

3 c. rhubarb
1/2 c. Milnot
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour or cornstarch
3 tbsp. orange or lemon juice
3 egg yolks

Add all but eggs and cook until thick. Add egg yolks and cook a little more. Cool slightly and pour on crust. Beat egg whites and add to top and a little powdered sugar. Brown.
