SWEDISH MEAT LOAF 
1 c. cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1 egg
1/2 c. herb seasoned stuffing, finely crushed
1/2 c. sour cream

Mix thoroughly beef, egg, stuffing and 1/3 cup of soup. Shape firmly into loaf or place in 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Blend remaining soup and sour cream, heat, stirring constantly. Serve over each slice of meat loaf. Serves 4.
