CREAM CHEESE DIP 
1 c. sour cream
16 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tsp. garlic salt
1 jar (4 oz.) chipped beef, chopped

Bake at 350 degrees 15 to 20 minutes. Top with 1 cup chopped pecans sauteed in 1 tbsp. butter. Serve with crackers.
