KEY LIME PIE | |
1 (9") graham cracker crumb crust 2 (14 oz.) cans Eagle Brand condensed milk 4 egg yolks, beaten 3/4 c. lime juice 1 tbsp. lime peel 1 pt. whipped cream, whipped Mix condensed milk with egg yolks, lime juice and lime peel. Pour into pie crust. Bake 5 minutes at 300 degrees. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Cover with whipped cream. |
