1 box white or yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1 c. ginger ale or club soda
1 c. or more chopped walnuts

Grease and flour tube pan. Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Mix everything together with electric mixer until smooth. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes.

ICING:

1 pt. heavy cream
1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
1 c. milk

Whip with electric mixer until thick enough.
