CLASSIC MEAT LOAF 
2 lbs. ground chuck
1/2 c. onion, grated
1 garlic clove, chopped
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1/2 c. ketchup
1 c. fresh bread crumbs
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Combine ingredients. Put into loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.

BASTING SAUCE:

1 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. molasses
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
Pinch of red pepper flakes
1 sm. garlic clove

Pour off juices, brush basting sauce bake another 10 minutes.
