CORNED BEEF SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1 3/4 c. hot water
1 can cut up corn beef
1 tbsp. minced onion
3/4 c. diced celery
1 c. mayonnaise
3 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
3 hard cooked eggs

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Chill until partially set.

Prepare rest of ingredients and fold into practically set Jello. Pour into 8x8 pan. Chill.
