2 lb. bulk sausage
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 c. Bisquick
2 eggs

Mix all ingredients together. Roll into bite-size balls. Bake in 350 degree oven until sausage is done, about 20 minutes. May serve hot or cold.
