SAUSAGE & CHEESE BALLS 
1 lb. sausage, spicy
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
3 c. Bisquick
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Garlic salt to taste
Onion salt to taste
2 tbsp. water, hot

Mix all ingredients together and roll into 1 to 2 inch diameter balls. Sprinkle with onion salt and garlic salt. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes.

If sausage balls do not stick together, add 2 tablespoons of hot water.
