CORNBREAD DRESSING 
1 pan cornbread (recipe below) broken
4 c. chicken broth
6-8 slices bread, broken
1 sm. box wild rice with seasoning packet, cooked as box directions say
2 lg. onions
2 lg. stalks celery, chopped
6 hard boiled eggs

Brown onions and celery in butter. Put all ingredients in large Dutch oven. Mix well. Add salt, pepper and celery salt to taste. If it seems too stiff add hot water or more broth (should be consistency of cake batter). Pour into a well greased pan or pyrex dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes and brown under broiler.

CORNBREAD RECIPE:

1 c. cornmeal
1 c. milk
2 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients well. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes.
