BAKED INDIAN PUDDING | |
1 qt. milk 1/4 c. yellow coarse cornmeal 1/2 c. molasses 1 egg 2 oz. butter 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon Combine milk, cornmeal and molasses and boil for about 15 minutes. Beat egg, together with butter, sugar and cinnamon. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a baking pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. Stir every 20 minutes. Top each serving with vanilla ice cream. |
