SQUASH DELICIOUS | |
1 c. sour cream 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 carrot, grated 1 stick butter, cut in half 2 lbs. yellow squash, sliced 1 med. onion, chopped 1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix Combine sour cream, soup, carrot and 1/2 stick butter. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Don't let this boil. Drain. Layer squash sauce and stuffing mix in 3-quart casserole ending with stuffing mix. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly. |
