16 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated 3 whole eggs, well beaten Jalapano pepper Add eggs to cheese; stir. In long casserole pour 2-3 tablespoons butter, then spread jalapenos over bottom of dish. Pour cheese mixture over peppers. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. You may use mushrooms instead of peppers, or both. | |
