PINEAPPLE PISTACHIO SALAD 
1 box Pistachio pudding
2 c. cold milk
1 envelope Dream Whip
1 can crushed pineapple

With electric mixer or egg beater, beat 2 minutes at slow speed. Let stand 2 minutes. Blend well in a deep narrow bottom bowl. Beat at high speed of electric mixer about 4 minutes or until topping thickens and form peaks. Add pistachio pudding and dream whip. Stir in crushed pineapple. Cool in refigerator.
