ORIENTAL WINGS 
5 lb. Wing Dings or disjointed chicken wings
2 c. ReaLemon juice
2 c. Kikkoman low sodium soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, chopped

Mix lemon juice, soy sauce and garlic to make a marinade. Pour over wings in an airtight bowl, so you can turn it over or shake twice a day. Marinate for 72 hours. Spread on a sheet pan so they are in a single layer. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until tender. Turn wings once during baking to brown the other side.

NOTE: They can be cooked slowly on a grill but need to be carefully watched so they do not burn.
