1 stick butter 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 c. smooth peanut butter 12 oz. box Crispix 1 lb. confectioners' sugar Microwave butter, chocolate and peanut butter for 3 minutes or melt in a saucepan over low heat. Remove from stove and blend together with wooden spoon. Pour Crispix into large bowl and slowly pour chocolate mixture over Crispix. Gently fold mixture over until all Crispix are covered. Take a medium white kitchen trash bag and pour 1/2 confectioners' sugar into the bottom. Pour the bowl of chocolate mess on top. Cover with the rest of the sugar. Tie the top of bag and gently roll bag with hands (hand to hand) about 10 times. Open bag - the Crispix are now individually covered with powdered sugar and tastes like peanut butter. Put in medium size trash can. |
