HAM & CHEESE MUFFINS 
2 c. self rising flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. milk
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. finely chopped ham
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease muffin pan. In large bowl combine dry ingredients. In another bowl combine milk, mayonnaise, ham and cheese. Add to flour mixture, stirring only until flour is moistened. Fill greased muffin pan 2/3 full. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 425 degrees. Yield: 1 dozen.
