SAN ANTONIO DIP | |
1 lb. ground round 1 sm. onion, chopped 12 oz. picante sauce 16 oz. can refried beans 1/2 lb. box Velveeta cheese In electric skillet or iron skillet, on low setting, saute meat and onion until redness is gone from the meat. Drain liquid and discard. Add sauce and refried beans. Simmer two minutes and blend well. Slice cheese and add to mixture. Continue to simmer until cheese melts. Serve with Tostitos white corn chips. |
