"THE BEST" CAESAR SALAD 
Muddle 4-5 anchovies
2 pieces garlic
2 egg yolks
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. olive oil
2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 a lemon

THE SALAD:

1 head Romaine lettuce, cut in bite size
1 c. croutons
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Pepper to taste

Muddle 4-5 anchovies in large bowl (wooden if possible). Squeeze lemon into the bowl. Mix eggs. Add all the other ingredients.

Toss lettuce, Parmesan cheese and croutons mixing completely into dressing. Add pepper (ground pepper is best).
