VEGETABLE BEEF WITH BARLEY SOUP | |
2 lb. beef stew 1 tbsp. salt 1 lg. onion, chopped 3 lg. carrots, chopped (cubes) 2 stalks of celery 2 cans of tomatoes 1 c. barley Bring to a boil simmer for about 2 hours until meat is tender. Then add 1 cup cooked barley and more salt if needed. |
