SWEET POTATO SOUFFLE | |
1 lg. can sweet potatoes, drained 1 egg 2/3 c. brown sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 3 tbsp. milk 2 tbsp. melted butter Miniature marshmallows Drain and mash sweet potatoes. Add egg and mix well. Then add sugar, cinnamon and milk, mixing well. Place mixture in buttered 2 quart baking dish and bake approximately 40 minutes at 350 degrees; add marshmallows and brown for approximately 10 minutes. |
