QUICK AND EASY MEXICAN WRAPS 
1 (16 oz.) cooked & broken up Italian sausage
3 c. shredded Colby or sharp cheese
3/4 c. salsa or picante sauce, drained
1 can refried beans with sausage or plain
4 flour tortillas

After cooking sausage in frying pan, drain all fats and liquids. Over medium heat add 1 1/2 cups of cheese in with the cooked sausage. Add salsa then refried beans. Heat for approximately 5 minutes. Place into tortilla wraps, roll and top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees or microwave until cheese is bubbling. Serve.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
