CHICKEN SOUP 
1 pkg. chicken thighs (4 pieces)
1/2 c. onion
2 pieces garlic
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. carrots
1/4 c. parsley
1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar

Clean pieces of chicken thighs and put in pot. Add onions, garlic, celery, carrots and parsley. Cover with water. Add 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar. Cook 3 hours on low flame. Add as much water as you want for soup. Buy small head of cabbage; cut up in small pieces and put in plastic bag and put in freezer. Take out when you need it and as much as you need.
