NANCY'S CHICKEN 
1 lb. chicken (I prefer thighs, but it works with everything)
2 pkgs. fresh rosemary or one small branch.

Take 2 packages of fresh rosemary, or one small branch of fresh rosemary, and chop finely. Place in plate. Roll chicken in rosemary and place in 350° oven. Bake 30 minutes for boned chicken or 1 hour for bone-in. Tent and let stand five minutes and serve.

Serves 4.
