CHEESE BALL | |
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, room temperature 1 1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated, room temperature 1/2 lb. mild cheese, grated, room temperature 1/2 tbsp. Tabasco sauce 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 sm. onion, grated Barbeque sauce, your favorite kind 1 to 2 tsp. mayonnaise Chopped nuts, about 1 cup. Mix all ingredients together until smooth, except barbeque sauce and nuts. Form into ball. make a hole in the center of the ball and fill with barbeque sauce. Carefully seal outside of ball and roll gently in chopped nuts. Wrap in waxed paper and refrigerate. Bring to room temperature before serving. |
