ST. REGIS CHEESE BALL 
1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
3/4 lb. swiss cheese, grated
1 triangle roquefort, grated
1 clove pressed garlic
Dash of Tabasco sauce
1 to 2 tbsp. Hellmann's mayonnaise
Paprika, parsley, chopped nuts (optional)

Mix all ingredients together. Mold into ball or bar. Sprinkle with paprika or roll in parsley or chopped nuts.
