HARVEST RICE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground pork sausage
1 med. onion
1 green pepper
1 sm. bunch celery hearts
1 c. brown rice, dry
1 pkg. dry chicken noodle soup mix
1/2 c. slivered almonds
4 c. hot water

Brown sausage; drain. Grind onion, pepper, and celery in food processor. Mix all remaining ingredients with above.

Place in large casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Serve with 2 cans mushroom soup diluted with a little milk and kitchen bouquet for color. Serves 3-4.
