SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 lb. ground beef 1 can stewed tomatoes 1 can tomato sauce 2 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. chili powder 3/4 pkg. spaghetti 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/4 tsp. onion salt 1/4 tsp. garlic salt 1 c. grated cheese Brown meat in skillet and drain off any liquid. Add stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt, chili powder, mushroom soup, onion and garlic salt. Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes. Cook spaghetti as usual, rinse, and drain. Put spaghetti in long greased casserole dish. Add meat sauce and top with cheese. Heat in 375 degree oven until hot and cheese melts. Serves 8-10. |
