SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN 
4-8 skinned chicken breasts
1 egg
Flour
Oil

SAUCE:

3/4 c. sugar
4 tbsp. catsup
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

SAUCE: Mix together.

Dip the chicken into the egg, then roll them in the flour. In small amount of oil, fry the chicken until just browned.

Place the chicken in a shallow baking pan, pour sauce over it, then bake it uncovered at 325 degrees for 1 hour, turning the chicken every 15 minutes.
