RHUBARB TORTE | |
3/4 c. butter 1 1/2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. baking powder Salt 1 egg 1/2 egg shell of milk Do not grease pan - handle dough like pie crust. Mix dough and press into 9 x 13 inch pan; corners first. Let dough ride up side of pan to form a shell. FILLING: 4 c. rhubarb 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 3 eggs 2 tbsp. flour 1/2 c. sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon Mix filling, pour into crust. Sprinkle sugar-cinnamon mixture over top. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. |
