RELISH SALAD 
1 can French style green beans
1 lg. can LeSueur peas
1 lg. can white shoepeg corn, or Dutch Treat if you can get it
1 lg. jar pimentos (4 oz. or more)
1 green pepper, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. onion, chopped

Drain everything. Pour over vegetables: 1 tsp. pepper 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. salad oil 3/4 c. vinegar 1 tbsp. water

Let stand 24 hours in juice, then drain well before serving.
