SWEET AND SOUR HOT DOGS 
1 pkg. hot dogs, cubed
2 c. pineapple (reserve juice)
2 tbsp. brown sugar twin
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 can green beans, drained

In a skillet, combine the pineapple juice, vinegar, ketchup, brown sugar, soy sauce and ginger. Cook over low heat and thicken with cornstarch. Add the pineapple, hot dogs and green beans. Cook mixture until hot dogs are done. Serves 4. (Raw cubed chicken can be substituted for hot dogs.)
