3 eggs
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. oil
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 jar baby applesauce (4 1/2 oz.)
1 jar baby apricots
1 jar baby carrots

Grease and flour 9 x 13 pan. Combine and mix all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool and frost with cream cheese icing.

ICING:

1 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
2 to 3 c. powdered sugar
