COLE SLAW - SWEET/SOUR 
2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. mustard seed
1 sm. onion
1 green and/or red pepper
2 carrots
1 lg. head cabbage

Boil for 5 minutes, slowly sugar, vinegar, salt and seed. Pour over chopped vegetables. Refrigerate until very cold. Good for days.
