SUNSHINE SALAD 
3 (6 oz.) pkgs. lemon Jello
18 shredded carrots
6 (No. 2) cans pineapple tidbits, drained
3 c. walnut meats, broken

Prepare Jello using pineapple juice and add enough water to make the liquid. Add carrots, pineapple tidbits and walnut meats. Stir slightly and chill until firm.
