CHICKEN - FRUIT SALAD 
4 c. diced chicken
1 (15 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 c. chopped celery
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 c. sliced black olives
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. red onion, chopped fine
1 c. Miracle Whip
1 tbsp. yellow mustard
1 (5 oz.) can chow mein noodles

Mix above ingredients, minus the chow mein noodles. Cover and chill. Serve on lettuce leaves topped with chow mein noodles.
