CORN CHOWDER 
1/2 lb. bacon, diced
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
2 tbsp. flour
4 c. milk
1 can cream style corn (1 lb. frozen corn)
1 lb. potatoes, cooked and diced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Snipped parsley
Paprika

Cook bacon, onion, and celery; drain grease. Add flour and cook for 5 minutes. Add milk to your roux (cornstarch may be used if you can't get it to thicken). Add rest of ingredients and simmer.
