FOOL PROOF CHICKEN 
3 chicken breasts, skinned & boned
1 soup can of cream of chicken soup
1 soup can of dry white wine
1 c. UNCLE BEN'S® regular rice
1 pkg. dried onion soup
Fresh mushrooms or can

Combine soups, wine and rice and let stand several hours. Arrange chicken breasts on top of soup mixture in an oven proof casserole. Put in 350 degree oven for 60 minutes, covered. Remove cover and stir gravy and cook another 45 minutes. Can add fresh mushrooms at this point.
