COLE SLAW SALAD 
3 tbsp. sunflower seeds
1/2 c. sliced almonds, toasted about 4 minutes
1/2 c. diced onion
1 pkg. shredded cabbage
1 pkg. Ramen supreme chicken noodle soup - not cooked just broken up

DRESSING:

3 tbsp. sugar 1/2 c. cooking oil 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper Chicken flavor packet

Mix all these ingredients and toss with above.
